Developed for motocross, enduro, and demanding off-road riding, the SM3 Falcon Helmet is a premium MX helmet built to deliver lightweight comfort, confident protection, and all-day performance.
Its advanced shell architecture, optimized ventilation, and patented impact-management innovations help reduce rotational and neck-loading forces, while a rider-focused fit with emergency cheek-pad release supports comfort, control, and safer removal when it matters most.

Thermo-injected shell construction: a special polymer blend with variable thickness zones helps balance impact performance with a low-weight feel for demanding motocross and enduro use.
Ventilation system: 10 inlet ports and seven exhaust ports drive strong airflow and heat exchange to help riders stay cooler and more focused in long motos.
Rotational force management: the patented low-friction EPS coating is engineered to help reduce rotational acceleration forces in certain oblique impacts for added rider confidence.
Patented visor release: designed to release with a pre-determined force, helping reduce neck-loading forces in an impact scenario.

Alpinestars has introduced a new in-house standard for the SM3 helmet to test the chin area beyond the homologation standard, with shell thickness and helmet structure optimized at the chin for the SM3 design.
The shell design uses varied thickness zones to refine the helmet’s structural layout and maintain a low-weight construction.
The inner and outer surfaces are engineered with a layered profile to reduce the effects of oblique impacts.
The helmet includes an Emergency Release System and removable cheek pads for controlled pad removal while the helmet is still on; the interior uses 3D contoured foam for the liner shape.
A soft 25 mm textile chin strap is paired with stainless steel D-rings for the retention system.
